8-Stage Working Process
  1. Smart Raw Material Batching: Automated dosing and batching system precisely weighs organic compost, humic acid, and chemical elements according to your specific bio-fertilizer formula ratios.
  2. Homogeneous Material Mixing: Industrial vertical or horizontal mixers blend the dry raw materials uniformly to improve the overall nutrient balance and fertilizer consistency of the final product.
  3. Double-Roller Extrusion Granulation: The core machine forces mixed organic and inorganic powder through two counter-rotating rollers under high hydraulic pressure, instantly compacting powder into solid flakes and breaking into raw granules.
  4. Particle Drying (Energy-Saving Option): For formulas requiring ultra-low moisture storage, granules go through a rotary dryer. Note: For specific dry granulation formulas, this step can be bypassed completely to slash operational costs.
  5. High-Efficiency Particle Cooling: Hot fertilizer particles from extrusion or drying are cooled in a rotary cooling machine to eliminate heat-induced caking, preparing them for immediate bagging.
  6. Precision Particle Classification & Screening: Heavy-duty rotary screening machine grades cooled particles. Qualified products move forward while oversized and undersized dust are automatically returned for re-granulation, ensuring zero waste.
  7. Finished Product Coating: Qualified fertilizer granules enter the rotary coating drum where anti-caking agent or oil coating is applied to increase brightness, roundness, and shelf-life.
  8. Automated Weighing & Packaging: Final film-coated particles are automatically weighed, packed into 25kg or 50kg bags, and sealed, ready for direct distribution or warehouse storage.
